WELCOME to the web home of the Wolverine Chapter of the Red Wing Collectors Society. We are a group of individual collectors with a common passion...collecting. While most of us search out the older stoneware products once produced in Red Wing, MN, others look for that elusive dinnerware pattern or piece of art pottery. However, if someone were to inventory each of our members’ collections, he would probably find that many of us have branched out in our collections from “just stoneware” to stoneware and some dinnerware or stoneware and some art pottery or a combination of all three. For some, just Red Wing is not enough and collections of blue and white stoneware or advertising pieces other than Red Wing will be found in our homes.

Meetings are held twice yearly at members’ homes and during the July Convention in Red Wing. For specific times and places check the calendar page. Meeting day consists of a short business meeting, a potluck lunch “catered” by some of the best cooks in Michigan (our members), and, most importantly, time to enjoy visiting with others who have been bitten by the “Red Wing Bug” (scientific name...Redwingus collectorus).

Whether you have one piece of Red Wing or many, we invite you to join our group. There are only two requirements to be met before joining. You must be a member of the Red Wing Collectors Society and you should enjoy sharing your collecting experiences with others. Are you a new member of the RWCS? If you are, you will receive a complimentary membership for the current year in the Wolverine Chapter, which includes all rights and activities available to those with paid memberships. Annual dues are $10 for a single membership and $15 for a family. Contact any officer listed below for pro-rated dues if joining after Convention. As a member, you may take part in all chapter activities, receive “Wolverine Tracks” (newsletter published after each meeting), and purchase chapter commemoratives.
